Hi all,
As of this Monday coming 15/06, we can resume training in Carolan park. Before we get back, there has been some protocols that we have put in place to ensure the safety of all players and coaches. Just to briefly keep you all up to date here is some key points:
- We have appointed 3 covid compliance officers, at least one will be present at all sessions until restrictions are lifted:
- The max amount of people involved in any one session is 15 (2 coaches and 13 players)
- We can only have essential personnel in the training ground at any time throughout this phase, so we are asking parents to drop players off at the designated drop off point in club car park (metal fencing separating the smaller car park and larger car park), and they can either remain in their cars in the car park, or return at the time of training finishing to pick up their child.
- Kids are asked to bring their own water bottles and hand sanitizers to training, as well as any other essential items they may need to bring to training - the club will also be providing a sanitising station available to all players and coaches
- The club will be keeping an attendance register of all kids training during this phase for contact tracing purposes - As part of the “safer return to football”, the club have filled out a risk assessment for returning to training. We will make this available to all to view on the club website by this weekend.
Please remember that these protocols have been put in place to keep everyone involved safe, as we return to football, but if anybody has any queries please do not hesitate to contact any coach or committee member and we will do our best to help 👍🏻🟠⚫️
Please also see the safer return protocols from FAI on our website or contact us for any other information.
